Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if the order was paid but not yet executed or confirmed. Once a service has been fulfilled — such as a guest post published, a Telegram Ad launched, or a link placed — the order becomes non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for completed services, even if the Client is dissatisfied with performance or visibility.
Request Timeframe
A refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment. After this period, refund eligibility is void regardless of service status.
Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method (bank card, PayPal, or crypto wallet). The Company does not provide cash or alternate account payouts.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not available for the following:
- Completed guest post placements or SEO link insertions
- Executed Telegram Ads (once campaign is launched)
- Services delivered as part of custom PR campaigns
- Writing services where content has already been provided
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, the Client must:
- Log in to the user dashboard at https://gogetposts.com
- Navigate to the “Refund Request” section
- Complete the refund request form with Order ID, reason for refund, and any relevant comments
Alternatively, requests can be emailed to support@gogetposts.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order ID]”
Transaction and Return Fees
Any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway or platform (e.g., crypto exchange fees, PayPal commission) are non-refundable and are borne by the Client.
Gogetposts does not cover additional costs associated with fund transfers during refund processing.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for partially delivered services. If a component of a package is not executed due to external factors, we will attempt to replace it. If replacement is impossible, a full refund for that component may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Time
Once a valid refund request is submitted, our team will process it within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is approved and issued.
Processing times may vary depending on payment provider and currency used.
Administrative Deductions
Some payment processors may impose administrative or handling fees during the refund process. Gogetposts does not control these fees and cannot compensate for them.
